If an order does not go through, is there a Flux fee?
No. If an order does not go through, there is no Flux fee. This concerns Flux's fee, not the separate product purchase.
What happens if an order is canceled?
If the retailer cancels or the order does not go through, there is no Flux fee for it. An order is confirmed after the retailer's confirmation and our cancellation review are complete. Product cancellations and refunds follow the retailer's terms and applicable law.
What does my shop pay, and to whom?
The shop's product purchase is paid first. Flux's separate per-order fee is invoiced afterward, based on accepted product fees and confirmed quantities. No subscription or upfront fee. Flux's per-order fee is invoiced only for confirmed orders.
Which retailers do you source from?
Currently Best Buy, Pokémon Center, Target, and Walmart. Availability depends on each release, and retailers can change their purchase limits.
What kinds of releases can my shop opt in to?
Scheduled releases have an announced date. Random releases are TBA, with opt-ins opened and closed manually. UPC releases identify a product by code and may have an announced time or be TBA.
What products are in scope?
Sealed Pokémon TCG product such as Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, and collections, when a release is listed for opt-in. Singles are not in scope.
When are invoices due, and how do Auto Pay and Manual Pay work?
No subscription or upfront fee. Flux's per-order fee is invoiced only for confirmed orders. The product purchase comes first. Invoices are due within 48 hours of issuance to allow time for payment to settle. Auto Pay clients are charged automatically; Manual Pay clients pay from the invoice within that 48-hour window. An invoice not paid within that window becomes delinquent and may be charged interest at Flux AIO's discretion, as permitted by law.
Can fees change?
Fees are published before each release and your shop accepts them before participating. There are no silent increases.
When is the cutoff to opt in?
Check the displayed cutoff and status for the release in your dashboard. Random releases are opened and closed manually. Neither guarantees any quantity.
Is Flux AIO a distributor?
No. Flux AIO is not a distributor and does not provide distributor allocation. It sources sealed product from listed retailers, with below-market quotes reviewed before participation, as a supplement to your existing supply.
What all-in cost does Flux typically target?
A shop's all-in cost typically targets about 65 to 75 percent of TCGplayer market price. This typical target range depends on the product and the retailer and is not a guarantee.
Who sets purchase limits and terms?
Each retailer sets its own purchase limits and terms, which differ from one retailer to the next. What can be sourced depends on the retailer, the product and availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
