Terms of Service
These Terms describe the sourcing service, your shop's authorization, when per-order fees apply and the responsibilities of using Flux AIO.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Service and agreement
These Terms govern use of hireflux.org and the sealed Pokémon product sourcing service provided by Flux AIO LLC, a Wyoming LLC operating in California, for independent card shops. Read them with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. Questions go to support@hireflux.org.
We source sealed product for your shop based on requests you approve. We are not the retailer, manufacturer or a distributor providing allocation. Availability, retailer acceptance, delivery and quantities are not guaranteed.
Your account and authorization
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the shop you represent. Use only information and accounts you are authorized to use. Protect your sign-in and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
By submitting a sourcing request and opting into a product release, you authorize the corresponding activity within the published terms. You remain responsible for retailer charges, applicable taxes and shipping, and retailer purchase terms.
Opt-ins, prices and confirmation
Review and accept the published product fee and below-market quote before opting in. Examples on Pricing are illustrative, not a fixed price list or promise of a specific discount. Fee increases are not silently applied to an accepted version.
Release status and cutoffs are displayed in the dashboard. Random/TBA releases are opened and closed manually, and UPC releases may have an announced time or be TBA. Edits and withdrawals are subject to the displayed cutoff and preparation lock.
Confirmation requires retailer confirmation and completion of our cancellation review and order checks. An order that does not go through has no Flux fee. Cancellations before purchase have no Flux fee. Report retailer cancellations after purchase or incorrect invoice lines so we can review any affected charge. Sourcing depends on retailer availability and purchase limits and cannot be guaranteed.
Flux fees and payment
No subscription or upfront fee. Flux's per-order fee is invoiced only for confirmed orders. The shop's product purchase is a separate cost paid first. Flux's invoice for its fee follows afterward. Stripe processes billing for Flux fees.
Invoices are due within 48 hours of issuance to allow time for payment to settle. Auto Pay clients are charged automatically; Manual Pay clients pay from the invoice within that 48-hour window. An invoice not paid within that window becomes delinquent and may be charged interest at Flux AIO's discretion, as permitted by law.
You can change billing mode in the portal; changing mode does not erase existing debt or undo charges already submitted. Failed billing attempts may be retried or moved to Manual Pay under your account's billing policy. Invoice due dates and reminders are shown in the dashboard. Delinquent balances can lead to suspension from new opt-ins.
Any interest applied must be permitted by law and communicated as part of the amount being collected. Published product pricing and applicable legal rights still control. These Terms do not create an undisclosed interest rate.
Cancellations, errors and refunds
If a retailer cancels an order or the order does not go through, no Flux fee is owed for it. Flux fees are not refundable after shipment. Disputes about a Flux invoice must be sent to support@hireflux.org within 7 days of the invoice date.
Product cancellations, shipping, returns and product refunds follow the retailer's own policy and applicable law. This does not waive payment-dispute rights or non-waivable consumer remedies, including remedies required by law. We do not promise that a retailer will accept your cancellation or return.
Acceptable use and data
Do not submit unauthorized information, impersonate others, commit fraud, misuse the service, defeat access controls or instruct us to violate retailer rules or law. We may decline a request or suspend access for security, abuse, unpaid balances or legal reasons.
You retain rights to information you supply. You permit us and the providers needed for the service to process it for your sourcing requests, account operation and billing as described in the Privacy Policy. Website content and service software remain the property of their respective owners. Retailer names and logos identify supported retailers; they do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
Availability and responsibilities
Retail inventory, retailer decisions, networks and third-party services can change or fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, confirmed orders, product availability or quantities. Contact support when an error affects your account so we can investigate.
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any allocation of responsibility remains subject to applicable law; these Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or invented damages cap.
Ending use and changes
You may stop future participation, withdraw eligible opt-ins before their cutoff, change billing mode for future activity, and request account closure through support@hireflux.org. Existing orders, lawful outstanding fees, necessary records and dispute obligations do not disappear when access ends.
We may update these Terms, publish a revised date and provide any notice or renewed agreement required by law. Changes do not silently replace accepted product prices. Applicable law and non-waivable rights govern. Contact support@hireflux.org with questions.
