Sealed product sourcing for card shops, with fees only on confirmed orders

We source sealed Pokémon product for independent card shops using below-market quotes reviewed before participation. Your shop's product purchase comes first. No subscription or upfront fee. Flux's per-order fee is invoiced only for confirmed orders.

Process

Plain and predictable.

  1. Talk by email

A short conversation about your shop and the releases you care about.

  2. Review and accept

Review the below-market quote and separate Flux fee, then accept before participating.

  3. Orders and confirmation

The product purchase is paid first. An order is confirmed after the retailer's confirmation and our cancellation review are complete.

  4. Invoice afterward

No subscription or upfront fee. Flux's per-order fee is invoiced only for confirmed orders.

Scope

What we source.

  • Sealed Pokémon TCG product: Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles and collections, when a release is listed.
  • Retailers: those listed on the retailers page.
  • No singles, no guaranteed quantities, no distributor allocation.
Pricing

Product cost and fee, shown separately.

A shop's all-in cost typically targets about 65 to 75 percent of TCGplayer market price. This typical target range depends on the product and the retailer and is not a guarantee.

The fee for every release is published before opt-in, and your shop accepts the current version before participating. There are no silent increases. Product cost is paid first; the Flux fee is invoiced afterward for confirmed orders.

Questions

Distributor or supplement?

What does my shop receive?

If an order does not go through, is there a Flux fee?

Is there a fee for a cancellation before purchase?

No. Cancellations before purchase have no Flux fee.

Is sourcing or a specific quantity guaranteed?

No. Sourcing depends on retailer availability and purchase limits. Each retailer sets its own purchase limits and terms, which differ from one retailer to the next. What can be sourced depends on the retailer, the product and availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

Can you source sealed Pokémon at retail price for my store?

We source at retailer prices plus a published per-order fee; all-in cost typically targets 65–75% of TCGplayer market. That's a target, not a guarantee.
